Recruitment is highly curated and it should be, it's about people after all. From creating the process and the job description, to supporting the candidate through offboarding and onboarding, you'll never have to ask where things stand.

  • It's imperative to have a job description that is succinct and highlights the most critical aspects of the job, while also sharing the vision for the role. TLG is happy to draft job descriptions and outline a proposed interview process.

  • 90% of placements have come from outbound sourcing. What does this mean? You need a team who is eloquent while delivering your story, persistent with non-active candidates, and reputable in the market.

  • TLG aims to deliver 3 viable candidates (candidates you have an interest in interviewing) within the first 10 days. When reviewing candidates, you'll receive highlights from their experience, compensation expectations and any important information related to timing.

  • Communication is key. TLG will coordinate and schedule all interviews and provide timely feedback so both parties have a seamless process.

  • TLG is happy to deliver offers and ensure both parties feel good about the offer. When working with TLG, offer expectations are transparent at the beginning of the process, allowing for offers often to be made and accepted without a back and forth.

  • TLG stays in lock step with candidates to coach them through resignation and ensure they have everything they need to hit the ground running. As a trusted advisor, TLG, will remain in contact with candidates post start date.
