It's imperative to have a job description that is succinct and highlights the most critical aspects of the job, while also sharing the vision for the role. TLG is happy to draft job descriptions and outline a proposed interview process.

90% of placements have come from outbound sourcing. What does this mean? You need a team who is eloquent while delivering your story, persistent with non-active candidates, and reputable in the market.

TLG aims to deliver 3 viable candidates (candidates you have an interest in interviewing) within the first 10 days. When reviewing candidates, you'll receive highlights from their experience, compensation expectations and any important information related to timing.

Communication is key. TLG will coordinate and schedule all interviews and provide timely feedback so both parties have a seamless process.
